Buyermeans a person, natural or juristic, who has registered with RHTA as a buyer

eRhODISmeans the sampling methodology and system which is part of RhODIS and which was developed by VGL

Ownermeans a person, natural or juristic, who is the lawful owner of rhino horn, and who is entitled in law to sell the rhino horn

Qualified Buyermeans a buyer who has paid a deposit and can therefore access the restricted rhino horn for sale section of the RHTA website and reserve a consignment of horns for sale


Qualified Seller means a seller who has met all the requirements for listing their rhino horn for sale on the RHTA website


RhODIS means the Rhino DNA Indexing Dystem developed by VGL


RHTARhino Horn Trade Africa also referred to as the trade desk


Sellermeans a person, natural or juristic, who has registered with RHTA as a seller and is an owner
